2.2 Gallon Prism Prizm Gas Fuel Tank Harley Rigid Bobber Chopper Sportster XS650
Gas tank has a 9/16-18 left side petcock opening and a fuel capacity of 2.2 gallons. It features four bolt mounting with a strap type mounting system included. This tank works great on many custom applications on Choppers, Bobbers, and even stock bikes w/ custom mounts, etc. Modifications/Welding required for custom brackets, etc. Check the tank for flaws and fit before painting. Do not grind or sand the seams or joints. Clean the inside of the tank.
It is suggested to pressure test and use a tank sealer. We suggest using Kreem gas tank combo kit to clean, condition, and seal to help stop leaks and prevent corrosion. Check the petcock opening, making sure the petcock can be easily installed. The petcock fitting should be masked or plugged during painting for easy installation of the petcock.
Rear Tunnel Height: 1 Tunnel. Order #38-0214 Gas Tank Strap Mounting Kit separately.
