The 78A114's design is simple yet boldly present, and totally functional, just like Willie G. The case is black stainless steel 44mm (1.7-inch) diameter ion-plated, connected with chunky lugs to a black leather strap.

The only colour used is orange (Harley Orange) and its used to highlight the hour markers on the bezel, the hands, and the tip of the seconds second hand, which also has an orange counterbalance HD logo. And lastly, the dial has a skull logo highlighted with orange accents. The hands and eyes are also Lume accented. The watch has a mineral crystal, a quartz movement, and is water-resistant to 165 feet/50 meters (5 atmospheres of pressure).
