The sad fact is that many of the great peanut style bobber tanks allow you to go less than 100 miles between fillups - here is the best compromise we have found - a deceptively small look that still holds almost 4 gallons Made famous by many of the great builders - including Indian Larry's Grease Monkey. Approx 16" long - 13-1/2" wide at front - 9 tall at front. Tunnel width 3" - 2-1/4" tunnel depth. 3/8 NPT BUNG ON LEFT SIDE.

Gas cap not included (Takes Harley 1973-82 bayonet style caps). Comes in raw unfinished steel with rough areas, light scratches and marks from the manufacturing process.

Will need surface preparation, sanding, smoothing, etc. Bare steel may require degreasing, surface etch, slight surface prep, and filling prior to painting or chroming. ALWAYS TEST TANKS FOR LEAKS AND SEAL AS NEEDED BEFORE PAINTING!
